On the morning of November 6, 2017, the Year 2016-2017’s Experience Sharing Meeting of Model Projects, which organized by China Construction Industry Association was held at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. It is also Luban Prize’s 30th anniversary. Relevant leaders of LXCC’s branch company attended the meeting.
Luban Prize was founded in 1987 and is the highest prize about the project quality of domestic construction industry. Only the enterprise who builds the first-class project can win the prize.
There are in total 238 projects were awarded Luban Prize of the Year 2016-2017, among them, two projects are built by Longxin.
1. Chengdu Yanlord Binhe Bay Phase-I Project

Project cost: 344 million yuan
2. Nanjing Yanlord Jiangwan City Phase-IV Project
Location: south of Hexi Street, West of Leshan Road, Jianye District, Nanjing City
Total construction area: 240,200 square meter
Project cost: 1.15 billion yuan
