Longxin Construction Group Co., Ltd (LXCC) was established in 1958. As an enterprise owning special grade qualification of general contracting in building construction, LXCC has 12 holding subsidiarycompanies and possesses an A-level project design institute as well as an A-level design institute of integrated special project with intelligent building system. Currently, LXCC’s business scope consists of four parts: research and design, real estate development, general contracting construction and industrial production.

In recent years, LXCC focuses on technological innovation as well as transformation upgrading, and has been taking attempts in residence fully-decorated industrialization since 2002. The company established technology research and development center in 2007, and approved by the end of 2008 as a provincial technology center. In March of 2009, LXCC was approved as national-level base ofresidence properties research and development, set up residence industrialization base in 2010 and approved by the end of 2011 as a national residence industrialization base. In addition, the company established environment-testing laboratory which can take third-party testing in building ambient air quality, building environmental quality for noise, building decorative materials quality, building energy-saving and weakness (infrared thermograph method), building decoration quality, etc. At present, LXCC establishes the development strategy “be professional in civil construction industry, be refined in residence building filed, be in the lead of national fully-decorated general contracting filed”.
