Longxin Construction Group Co., Ltd (LXCC) was established in 1958, sharing top-class qualifications in construction field. LXCC has 20 holding subsidiaries and possesses an A-class engineering design institute as well as an A-class engineering design institute with smart building system (BMS). Currently, LXCC’s business scope covers the range of general contracting construction, real estate development, industrial processing and investment development.

In recent years, LXCC has been focusing on technological innovation as well as transformation upgrading, and has been taking attempts in residence detailed decoration industrialization since 2002. The company established technology research and development center in 2007, and approved as a provincial technology center by the end of 2008. In March of 2009, LXCC was approved as state-class base of residence properties research and development by Ministry of Residence and Construction, P.R.China, and set up residence industrialization base in 2010 and approved as a national residence industrialization base by the end of 2011. In addition, the company established environment-testing laboratory which can take third-party testing in building ambient air quality, building environmental quality for noise, building decorative materials quality, building energy-saving and weakness (infrared thermograph method), building decoration quality, etc. At present, LXCC establishes the development strategy “be professional in civil construction industry, be refined in residence building filed, be in the lead of national fully-decorated general contracting feild”. LXCC will make persistent and great effort to create integrated production and management capacity of “research and development, design, construction, service”, and to fulfill a commerce pattern of one-stop service.
