LONGXIN Group Was Selected As the Vice-director Unit of China Housing Industrialization Alliance

On 21^st and 22^nd March, China Urban Science Research Association of Housing Industrial Committee Annual Meeting was held in Beijing National Convention Center. And Chen Zuxin, the chairman of LONGXIN was invited to attend the meeting.

Qiu Baoxing, the former vice minister of the Ministry of Construction, State Council Counselor and China Urban Science Council Chairman, issued a plaque to LONGXIN as the Vice-director Unit of China Housing Industrialization Alliance. Meanwhile, Chen Zuxin, was awarded as the director.

At the beginning of the 1990s, LONGXIN was committed to the finished product housing decoration, energy saving and environmental protection residential construction, national health demonstration projects and green building demonstration project development and cooperated with Japan Kashima Construction from 2010 to explore the construction industry industrialization. We has became a building industry modernization facilitator to form investment,R&D, design, real estate development, factory production, general contracting construction and operation and maintenance service to the whole industry chain development and also have the advantage of “building industry”, “green building”, “full decoration finished housing”, “pension industry”. Therefore, LONGXIN was recommended as the director unit of the first “Jiangsu Province Industrial Development Alliance”.

Strong scientific research force: LONGXIN works with Japan Kashima Construction, China Academy of Building Research, Tongji University and Tsinghua University, etc, to carry out cooperation in industrial construction technology research.

Advanced PC Factory: we have completed and put into operation an annual production capacity of 600,000 square meters of prefabricated building PC factory and completed prefabricated components 23571.2 cubic meters in 2016.

EPC general contracting standard process management white paper: we have had a set of EPC general contracting standard process management white paper of design-product-construction whole industry chain.
