LONGXIN Group Establish Technical Center_LongXin Construction Group Co.,Ltd.

This founding conference was held at 28^th Dec in the 20^th floor of LONGXIN Building. People from group board, directors from headquarters, branch companies and technology sectors and personnel from technical centers attended this conference. Sun Jin--the dean of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute, Chen Nianhe---the dean of Jiangong Institute, Guo Zhengzhou---professor and doctoral tutor of Dongnan University, Ma Tao--the chief engineer of NO.10 BIAD(Beijing Institute of Agricultural Design, Zhou Hongchui---chief inspector of engineering technology department of Yanlord Land Group and Ma Junjie--the general manager of Nantong Chuangyuan Technology Garden Development Co., Ltd, as the specialists, also attended this conference.

At this conference, Tang Aidong, as the general manager of LONGXIN Group, read out the file. In order to strengthen technical development and innovation ability of company, to integrate various parts of technical research and develop resource, to promote close integration of research with production, and to accelerate the process of industrialization, our company decided to set up technical center and employed Gong Yonghui as the executive vice-director who was in charge of daily affairs of this center and assisted Chen Zhijun to implement works of the center, Yang Zehua, as the vice-director who was in charge of R&D of real estate, Chen Gang, as the vice-director who was in charge of R&D of building, Huang Xin, as the vice-director who was in charge of R&D of property. Moreover, will attach importance to R&D and application of new technology through this center to do research to all kinds of projects so as to contribute to strengthening LONGXIN’S core competence.

In addition, Chen Zuxin, the chairman of LONGXIN said that there were nine tasks from Ministry of Housing Construction in 2017 and two of them were in accordance with our company. One was to work harder to make prefabricated construction develop fast and the other one was to accelerate reform of engineering construction standard to establish standards authority. Our company has four advantages, that is construction industry, green building, fully renovated residential and pension industry.Meanwhile, we also maintain the position of the industry leader and it is necessary to rely on scientific and technological progress and progress and sustainable development of the road to improve our core competitiveness. Moreover, the aim of organizing this center is to promote the technology R&D center that is affiliated with group property sector as a part, including others like building sector, real estate sector, property sector, and investment sector. We hope to strengthen the power of science and technology, establish and improve enterprise technology innovation and improve the provincial technology and residential R&D base of the building. It is better to make this center play a role of guide and demonstration in building the future of the state-level enterprise construction technology center.

At the conference, Cheng Gang, as the chief engineer, gave us the explanation on the ways to award people who achieved scientific and technological advancements. In addition, Gong Yonghui also made a report which concluded a more detailed explanation on the structure of center, responsibility of departments and position, operation mode and long-term programme. He, along with Yang Zehua, Huang Xin explained the national 13^th Five Year Plan.

There was a training meeting held by the technical center for the first time in the afternoon. The topic was to discuss on the design process management of fabricated building project and the specific requirement for construction technology node, explanation of production process management system of factory building component for concrete component, and training and on-site answering to the key point in the construction process of the fabricated building. All the invited specialists present took part in the discussion actively.
