Longxin Group Won National Quality Engineering Award_LongXin Construction Group Co.,Ltd.

The second phrase of Renheng Jiangwan City, which is in the charge of Nanjing Branch of LONGXIN GROUP was awarded the first one to win National Quality Engineering Award during 2016-2017 after a series of assessment standards and procedures. It is the eighth time for LONGXIN to win this prize, meanwhile, the first phrase of this project has been awarded in 2014 and it was rare to see that the same residential district continuously won the same prize twice.

At the first beginning,we already set a goal of building boutique residence and wining “National Quality Engineering Award”. Although we had met several technical difficulties, all the staff from project department pooled their efforts together to overcome them with the best proposal. Besides, six of Ten New Technology that was promoted by construction department along with provincial generalized two of Ten New Technology was applied into this engineering. Moreover, we also attached importance to process control in engineering quality and the result of acceptance was successful. In addition, the project won the first place of Excellent Survey And Design System of Urban and Rural Construction in Jiangsu Province in 2015, “Yangzi Cup” Quality Engineering in Jiangsu Province in 2016 and National AAA Safety and Civilization Standardization Work Site in 2012.

The adopted mode of the second phrase of Renheng Jiangwan City was to check each house individually and when householders took the house, they thought highly of the houses especially for the quality and after-sales service of Renheng and LONGXIN.

The National Quality Engineering Award is a part of China Excellent Product Award(also called National Quality Award) and the highest honor award in the aspect of engineering construction quality and comprehensive management. The prize also helps to demonstrate that LONGXIN’s leading position in full decoration fields and general construction contract management. Furthermore, we will continue to adhere to enterprise spirit of Assiduously seek Construction perpetuity and national excellent spirit of pursuit of excellence and casting classic so that we can achieve better results in the future.
