LONGXIN GROUP Won “LUBAN PRIZE”Again_LongXin Construction Group Co.,Ltd.

The first phase of Renheng BingheWan has won China Construction Engineering LUBAN Prize during 2016-2017 after reviewing by China Construction Industry Association, which is the ninth time for LONGXIN to receive the honor in the field of national construction industrialization engineering quality. The project is constructed by Nanjing branch company of LONGXIN GROUP.

Our company always adheres to the enterprise spirit of “Assiduously seek, Construction perpetuity”. And at the beginning of starting this project, it is clear for us to regard LUBAN PRIZE as our goal. Therefore, we construct and manage the project strictly. We have made excellent plans to deal with construction difficulties to make the quality and detailed highlight stand out. Besides, we apply Ten New Technology in Construction into the whole construction process. We insist on green construction as well to realize the goal of Four Savings and One Protection and to achieve good economic and social benefit.

Ten subprojects including ground and foundation, major structure, building roof, building water supply and drainage and heating, architecture electric,ventilation and air-condition, elevator installation, intelligent building and architecture energy saving of the engineering are up to standard for the first time. It has been two years since this engineering is handed over to owners and there is no leakage of roof, basement, kitchen and toilet and external wall, etc. All the equipment is working well and all the constructors, designers, supervisors and owners are satisfied with the quality of this engineering. Except that, the engineering also has received the honorary titles of Quality Structure Project of Sichuan Province, the Gold Medal of Tianfu Cup of Sichuan Province, New Technology Application Demonstration Project of Construction in Sichuan Province and the National Owners Satisfaction Construction Engineering, etc.

LUBAN PRIZE is set up in 1987, supported by Ministry of Construction, which aims to execute the policy of A long-range Program with the quality first and improve the quality of national construction industrialization.
