The Project- HAIMEN LONXIN Home Has Received The Honorary Title of GUANGXIA Award-Real Estate Oscar

On 23^rd November, our company’s project- LONGXIN Home has received the honorary title of GUANGXIA Award, which is also called “Real Estate Oscar”. It is also a comprehensive prize that is awarded by Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Construction Industrialization Promotion Center and China Real Estate Association.

GUANGXIA Award, the most industrial authoritative real estate award, is established by the State Council and is the national real estate award which is awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Construction. Currently, the concept of housing consumption converts “having a house to live” to “living in a good house” to meet people’s increasing need of housing quality, which is also one of the most important tasks during the process of housing supply structural reforms. Therefore, in order to pursue the perfect housing function, high quality supporting service and green, health environment, GUANGXIA Award aims to build “good houses” to emphasize the combination of practicality and comfort from civilian’s need.

It is no doubt that LONGXIN Home project can win this prize because of high-level planning and design, excellent project quality, good housing performance and leading role of promoting housing industrialization and “four saving and one protection”-- energy saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection. Meanwhile, the winning of this prize demonstrates that LONGXIN Home is a high quality community and sets a new standard to choose living quality. Moreover, it is a big step for LONGXIN Property to develop finished housing.
