The 15th China international dwelling houses industrialization and building industrial products and equipments Expo (referred to as “China Living Expo”) has been held in China international exhibition center from 13th Oct to 15th Oct in 2016.
Based on the theme “developing prefabricated building, constructing livable green home”, Longxin Group, as an important member of Haimen City pavilion, showed the prefabricated construction with the latest technology and components and promotion of quality and function on houses along with assisting developing Haimen City dwelling houses industrialization.

As a star enterprise in the China Living Expo, Longxin has attracted much attention from leaders, experts and the other peer enterprises at all levels amount to over 3000 in aspect of long development history, mature precast structure technology, the newest green building technology based on BIM and advanced community aging residence mode.

On the morning of October 13th, Shi Quping, a committee member and executive vice mayor attended this expo and received hospitality from Chen Zuxin, the chairman of Longxin, who also introduced plans and achievements of Longxin industrialization to him. The mayor commended that Longxin plays leading role in national dwelling houses industry modernization integrated pilot cities and encouraged to keep the creative sprits in building industry modernization fields.
Chairman Chen made relevant introduction to Deputy Mayor Shi Quping
On the morning of October 15th, Wen Linfeng, the deputy director of technology and industrialization development center of MOHURD, came to the exhibition hall to visit the achievement of technology and demonstrative project. She appreciated what Longxin has achieved and wished that Longxin could keep developing and set up some heuristic and advanced demonstrative projects.
Factory Director Huang is making introduction to Wen Linfeng
On the afternoon of October 13, Group directors, supervisors and related personnel who are in charge of the industrialization hold the board meeting as well as industrialization meeting on the second floor of Beijing Shunyi Linkong Crown Plaza Hotel. This meeting was divided into two parts. In the first part, Yang Jinwei, the charger of Nanjing industrialization office made a report of the cooperation mode with Suzhou Architectural Scientific Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Tianyin Science and Technology Co., Ltd., to promote Group industrialization. In the second part, Gong Yonghui, the charger of Industrialization Company, made a report of the relocation, framework and operating model of R&D research. Later, the attendees have a further discussion about the function and future development of the Research Center.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Chen made a conclusion that, to ensure the leading position in the field of architectural industrialization, we should keep pace with the time and do all kinds of research to make technology and development become our company’s core competitiveness. He also pointed out that we should have long-term vision. The establishment of R&D center and enhancing technical reserve is company’s development direction.
Chairman Chen stressed again at the end of the meeting that LXCC will insist on transformation and upgrading instead of converting industry, and will spend all effort on pushing the modernized development of housing industrialization to realize the sustainable development of the country.
