Group Held a Seminar about the Development and Strategy of the Enterprise

This year is the last year of the group company’s fourth session of the board of directors and also the planning year of the 13^th national five-year plan. Therefore, facing all these changes, Group Company held a seminar about the development and strategy of the enterprise on September 12^th—13^th in Suzhou to determine the overall strategy of the company. Company directors, supervisors, consultants and all the related personnel attend the meeting.

During the meeting, participants mainly listened to the consulting company doing a brief analysis of the data on the current situation of the industry, as well as listening to the company's financial department reporting the financial situation from 2007-2014.

On the basis of discussion, the meeting mainly focuses on the establishment of holding company, plate positioning, management framework, performance assessment and profit distribution, as to the five major issues of the new shareholders' equity will be discussed later.

This seminar fully reflects the company’s determination to grasp the overall situation and make industry development. Group Chairman Chen pointed out that this meeting was of great significance and he required that every participant should seriously sum up the results of the meeting and jointly promote the sustained and healthy development of our company.
