The Leaders of China Development Bank Visited Longxin Group Again

On morning of August 28th, the leaders of China Development Bank Jiangsu Branch visited Longxin Group again with their president, Longxin Group’s Deputy Chairman Tang Aidong, Overseas Company’s General Manager Xu Weisong, group Finance Director Fan Zhongfei, and others gave a warm reception.

The guests visited Longxin achievements exhibition room with great interest first. With the detailed introduction of the General Manager Xu Weisong, the leaders of China Development Bank had a deep understanding of Longxin development history, architectural industrialization, etc. The leaders of China Development Bank Jiangsu Branch appreciated Longxin four business parts (real estate development, general contracting construction, industrial production and financial investment), and have faith in Longxin’s building industrialization in the future.

Two parties attended the negotiation conference in Longxin’s meeting room, focusing on the KROCEM cement plant project to discuss some detailed information. During the meeting, Deputy Chairman Tang Aidong gave a wonderful presentation about the overall situation of the company. Then group Finance Director, Mr. Fan introduced company’s financial situation of the past three years, including asset-liability ratio, credit situation of commercial banks, rating, etc. He also highlighted the “short-term financing bonds” which was the main propulsion of the company and its progress.

After that, Mr. Xu made a detailed description about our group’s overseas markets distribution, the information of overseas projects as well as the export credit projects. They deeply talked with Mr. Xu about Nigeria cement factory project, exchanging questions and suggestions. Great atmosphere promoted both parties’ cooperation.
