The Leaders of TEIBC Jiangsu Branch Visited Longxin Group

On morning of July 15th, accompanied by finance and foreign economic department leaders of Nantong Bureau of Commerce, the leaders of The Export-Import Bank of China visited Longxin Group, Chairman Chen, G.M. of Longxin Overseas Company Mr. Xu, Longxin Group’s Deputy Manager He xiaojun and other leaders of Longxin gave a warm welcome and reception to them.

At 10:30 a.m., the two parties had a conference on the second floor, which was divided into three progresses. First of all, Chairman Chen gave a wonderful presentation about the overall situation of the company. He pointed out that our construction company was transforming from a traditional one to a modern one. Meanwhile, he made it clear that our company’s present overall position was construction service provider.

After that, G.M. of Longxin Overseas Company Mr. Xu made a detailed description about our group’s overseas markets distribution, the information of overseas projects as well as the export credit projects. Then, the two parties discussed about the profits and risks of the loans and finally reached some certain consensus.

Eventually, group’s finance manager, Mr. Fan introduced company’s financial situation of the past three years, including asset-liability ratio, credit situation of commercial banks, rating, etc. He also highlighted the “short-term financing bonds” which was the main propulsion of the company and its progress.

The conference ended in a nice atmosphere, president Wu and vice president Yao of TEBIC thought that it was quite significant for our company to have the concept to be a construction service provider, hoping through the conference, the cooperation of the Co-financing projects is expected to reach as soon as possible.
