Nanjing Branch Organized Project Management Experience Exchange Meeting |

From August 27 to 30, 2014, under the deployment of manager of the first branch in Nanjing area JiangJianming, the Engineering Department and Personnel Department of branch company organized managers of each project to undertake job training and exchange of experiences.
WuSiyan, director of Hiamen Construction Engineering Bureau, was invited to give training in aspects of construction technology and construction quality for the construction workers and quality controllers. Engineering Manager SunJuxin, gave a safety management training for the security officers and machine control staffs. Personnel Manager ShiYunchang, gave a training on logistics management. Deputy Branch Manager FeiYongxin, gave a training on project management for project managers, production managers and technical directors. All the teaching staffs had carefully prepared lectures courseware. In the appeal of Engineering Manager LiangShoukai, the activity appeared unusually brilliant and many employees had expressed their hope that the company could often organize such training activities.
Managers, production managers and technical directors from each project conducted a symposium on August 30. Everybody engaged to the talk and made valuable comments and suggestions on how project management run in the future.
