Longxin Group 2014 HR Working Conference was held in the Video Conference Room on the 2rd floor of Longxin Building on September 3 morning.
Chairman of the Supervisory BianQinhua, Vice President and Secretary of the Board He Xiaojun, the Human Resources department, heads of human resources department of each branch company and project department attended the conference. Some of the officers were involved in the meeting via remote video.
He, vice president, presided over the meeting and he pointed out that in the "Talents Year" environment, human resources works need to be keeping up with the target of management, significantly enhance the professionalism of human resources workers and effectively solve the practical problems existed in each region.
He hopes that each sub-branch of the group keeps close contact with group and makes good and timely communication and feedback, and to ensure the healthy development of talents of the Group.
At the end of the meeting, Bian expressed her wishes for the construction of the "recruitment, training, utilization, and retention" talents system.
