New Yanlord(Haimen)Yangtze River Eco-Technology City Project Groundbreaking Ceremony

On August 19th, 2014, NewYanlord (Haimen) Yangtze River Eco-Technology City project held the groundbreaking ceremony. Singapore’s Trade and Industry Minster Chief Zhang Sile, Singapore International Enterprise Development Agency Deputy Director of the China Division, thenew cooperation Council’s Singapore’s party secretary wang lien, SingaporeYanlord Land Group Chairman ZhongShengjian, Party Secretary, Jiang Long, Municipal Committee,Mayor Yang Caoming, Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor, Cheng wei and Chairman Cheng zuxin of LXCC laid the foundation stone for the project. Directors, supervisors, deputy general manager and general manager’s assistant of LXCC all attend the ceremony.

New Yanlord(Haimen) Eco-Technology City project covers an area of approximately 10.7 square kilometers,which was built according to Singapore’s “garden town”, with“eco-technology city, happy state” for positioning. This project can great boost Haimen’s economic development, improve Haimen’s ability of talent attraction and economic competitiveness, as well as being the landmark demonstration project of Chinese new urbanization strategy.

This project which was developed by the establishment of the tripartite joint venture of our group, Yanlord Land Group, Haimen City Development Co., Ltd, with its strategic vision, keen awareness, forward-looking ideas, deeply excavatesHaimen’s development potential and prospects.This is not only a strategic way of market development, point optimization, but also a creative way of exploring the new development a new model of urbanization.

The groundbreaking of the project is the first step of our group to get involved in the first class development as well as achieving the goal of ”one project, five contracts”, which means LXCC has transformed from purely residential development operators, to the one who buildsmodern cities and comprehensive towns. Meanwhile, it is also a landmark event in the history of Haimen. Its ecology, science, technology, health, carbon and other advanced concepts provide strong support to improve the quality of Haimen’s construction, and expand the influence to create a new situation of the cooperation.
