Chairman of Longxin Group gave a Seminar on Corporate Culture for the Trainees of Longxin Class

Chairman of Longxin Group ChenZuxin gave a seminar on “Join in Longxin - About the enterprise culture” for the 69 trainees of Longxin Class at the Auditorium on the ground floor of Heng zhi building on November 7 morning, 2014.

Chairman Chen firstly expounded the important role of corporate culture from the four stages of business development. Then though the main line of the day before yesterday, yesterday, today and tomorrow of Longxin Group, he interpreted the enterprise spirit " Assiduously seek Construction perpetuity" and introduced the source, the basic architecture, mindset and development vision of Longxin culture. During the lecture, Chairman Chen also interacted with the students and answered them questions about the career choice, career orientation, and other related issues.

All specialized courses of Longxin Class are taught by teachers from Jiangsu Construction Engineering College, while Longxin Group has also developed a set of teaching plan, in which courses are lectured by each line head, including the relevant functional personnel from branch companies. In this way, students can feel the culture of Longxin in advance, have a better understanding of the company, and effectively combine the written knowledge with the work of the company's management practices.
